King Kue Na Ruins

It is a Buddhist place with historical significance. It is a sacred place that is the spiritual center of the people of Wiang Chai District and Wiang Chiang Rung District, located at Ban Traikaew, Village No. 8, Wiang Nuea Subdistrict. Wiang Chai District Chiang Rai

Buddha statue wrapped by a Bodhi tree; nowadays, the Buddha image is barely visible.

Buddha images built during the reign of King Kue Na for hundreds of years ago is located on the banks of the Kok River; on the opposite bank of the river, there is Phra Chao Ok-Aen that is visited by both domestic and provincial tourists who comes to worship every day.
