A modern Lanna style chedi, located atop a hill at an elevation of 1,500 metres above Ban Santi Khiri and Wat Santi Khiri, was built in honour of the late Princess Mother, Princess Srinagarindra in 1996. It features a height of 30 meters on a tiered rectangular base, adorned with grey tiles, the indented square base has three niches on each of the 4 sides with the relic chamber featuring standing Buddha images on four sides, and the bell on top is adorned with crafted golden plates. Visitors can enjoy the panoramic view especially at dusk from up here. This chedi that is elegantly visible from afar marks an important symbol of Doi Mae Salong.
